Moving young professionals forward by creating meaningful business relationships that serve the greater needs of our community.
The Elite OC was created to bring young professionals together to network and give back to the local community. The idea has been from the very beginning to create a natural process when it comes to networking while creating a strong presence in the community. Giving back has been a primary focus because as tomorrows business leaders we need to set an example for others to follow. Working with individuals that have something in common and have a desired need to watch each other succeed has been the reason The Elite OC has been successful. The Elite OC has created a society for young professionals and entrepreneurs to come together to share ideas and ultimately build business relationships. Many people who have joined are tired of traditional networking and feel that they are meeting the same people and not really building meaningful relationships with people they enjoy working with. The mixers are meant to get people out of their work environments and into a positive atmosphere where they can meet others who can help build their business. The business world and our community is constantly changing, so The Elite OC is constantly striving to stay innovative and bring new ideas to the society.

Future Leaders of Our Community is an organization that brings awareness, inspiration and participation opportunities to young professionals in our community. Through unique programming with local nonprofits, businesses, & community leaders; FLOC impacts its members with passion and commitment for the community.
The Future Leaders of Our Community (FLOC) was established in May of 2009 in response to the need for a community-based organization that bridged the gap between young professionals and nonprofits; the impetus was spawned by the lack of accessible volunteer opportunities, relevant awareness events that invited direct action and inspired leadership. A motivated team of young professionals in Orange County, California, organized to address the need and in time formed the new nonprofit corporation that received its tax-exempt status in November 2010.
Since its inception FLOC has discovered great success and has partnered with over 80 nonprofits in Orange County, assisting to their needs by engaging thousands of young professionals in their causes and creating hundreds of volunteer opportunities.
